This event connects our Training Links community and creates the space to share stories with fellow networks and The Wheel’s Skills team about activity, impact and the importance of workforce learning and development.
The event will look at different perspectives on the learning and development landscape in the Irish nonprofit sector including policy, funding and training. Together we will explore why charities, community groups, and social enterprises should prioritise ongoing upskilling opportunities for their teams.
The day will include:
- Remarks from our Senior Sector Skills Policy Manager on the national development of skills policy.
- Keynote talk from Network Coordinator on AI in the nonprofit sector.
- Panel discussion featuring current Training Links Coordinators
- Roundtable peer exchange session, followed by Q&A opportunity
- Lunch and informal networking opportunities.
