Felix O’Regan

Felix served as Director of Public Affairs with the Banking and Payments Federation Ireland, having been with the organisation for 30 years until his retirement in 2020. With BPFI he led on areas of public affairs, stakeholder and public relations, serving as the organisation’s spokesperson. He previously served as CEO of the Consumers’ Association of Ireland for over 10 years.
In his previous voluntary and board experience, Felix served for three terms on the board of Social Finance Foundation and for one term on the board of Microfinance Ireland. He also completed in 2025 a three-year term on the board of the Irish Red Cross. He is active in his community, in particular with his local GAA club, Clanna Gael Fontenoy.
