SCOPE – Communications Basics

Nonprofits depend on the trust and support of the public in order to function. To build a relationship of trust with the public, nonprofits need to be able to clearly communicate their mission, goals and ultimately their impact. This shouldn't be a challenge for your organisation.

This short module brought to you by the Skills Recognition, Capacity Building, and Professional Education for the Third Sector (SCOPE), will walk you through the role of communications in a nonprofit organisation and how to go about creating a basic communications plan.

Whether you are a governing body member, a staff member or volunteer, this module will introduce basic tools that will help you to reach your target audience.

SCOPE is an eLearning platform aimed at European civil society with relevant and engaging learning content.

Participants will gain recognition through digital badges for skills acquired to support you in your work.
