We invite anyone in a leadership and management position from a member organisation of The Wheel to be our guest at this Leadership Community of Interest breakfast on Tuesday, 11 September from 9.15am  - 11.00am (light breakfast & networking from 9.15am; input from 9.30am).
The session promises to be interactive, you will have the opportunity to learn something about yourself, think about your team or colleagues, and also discuss with and learn from your peers.

Facilitator: Barbara Quinn

Barbara has extensive experience in the field of executive coaching, group Barbara Quinnfacilitation and leadership and management development. She has worked with individuals and teams at all levels in organisations and in organisations of all size. Her work is informed by her understanding of the importance of the centrality of the individual in the workplace and the part she plays in aligning their role with the strategic direction of their organisation. 
Barbara brings an energy and drive combined with an empathic and positive outlook to 1-1 and group interventions. She believes in the ability of people to overcome obstacles and develop a proactive approach to their workplace relationships and future career opportunities. Taking responsibility and true accountability provides executives with the ability to exceed their own expectations. Skilled at understanding business strategies she works with individuals and groups to translate these into tangible actions and outcomes. 
Barbara holds a B.A. in Humanities, Psychology & Sociology from DCU, is a Certified Practitioner in MBTI and 16PF with BPS level A & B Psychometric Assessment. She is a licensed coach and also a licenced entrepreneurial coach. She holds board membership of the Tallaght Trust Fund, Social & Local Enterprise Alliance and is Chairperson of Partas, a community enterprise business and is a keen supporter of  social enterprise and the development of not for profit businesses. 

About The Wheel's Community of Interest Initiative

This event is part of a wider initiative of The Wheel which provides facilitated opportunities for the most senior staff, CEO's and board members of communities of interest to come together. Through these Communities The Wheel will keep our members informed, enabling a space for discussion & networking; and to feed into the public policy agenda for The Wheel when relevant.
