Making Videos: Basics of Scripting and Filming (Online Workshop)

The first of two sessions on how to make videos, whatever your resources, our facilitator, Jack Deacon will take a practical, budget-friendly look into how you can create good quality, impactful, and meaningful video content for your nonprofit's social media and website.

The session will cover concept development and messaging, through planning and pre-production, how to get the most from filming with your phone, and tips on directing and getting the most from your on-camera stars.

There will also be a full Q&A at the end of the session.

(See our further training on 30 September covering Video Editing 101.)

The Storytelling Series is delivered as part of a brand new campaign to raise public awareness and appreciation for our sector. It is supported by Community Foundation Ireland and the RTÉ Comic Relief Fund.
