Putting Our Values Where Our People Are (Virtual Summit Series)

It is now a well-established fact that a healthy workplace and increased employee engagement are interdependent, and never before has this been so apparent.

However, there are currently enormous challenges for organisations to ensure a healthy work place - adapting to remote working; maintaining services to vulnerable service users; consideration of phased return to some workplaces, whilst complying with strict Health & Safety conditions; struggling to ensure our organisations can financially survive during this crisis – to name but a few.

The Wheel invites you to join us for this free seminar, the second in our online Summit Series 2020, on 17 June 2020 from 10am to 12.30pm [registration from 9.45am].

This seminar will focus on how organisations can be supported to put our values where our people are, while keeping our organisations afloat. It is an excellent opportunity for CEOs, HR managers and those responsible for the HR of their organisation, to learn from professionals as well as from the experiences of similar organisations in the sector. It will also provide a great opportunity for online networking, and share learnings.

There is not a single-best-way to approach this, but with sharing our collective experiences on this, we believe that attendees will leave the session with very useful information, advice, and examples to equip them to make progress in this area back in their own organisations.
