Opportunities under the European Solidarity Corps

At this short briefing event, you will learn what the new European Solidarity Corps programme can bring to your organisation and the importance of young people acting in solidarity across Europe. Including a lively discussion and motivating keynote speaker, Noeline Blackwell from the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre, this short event is suited to organisations with little to no European project experience.  A panel of experienced project participants will contribute to the discussion.

The Wheel and Léargas are pleased to host this Breakfast Briefing for the newly launched European Solidarity Corps.  This brand new European initiative facilitates young people to volunteer or work (in their own country or abroad) on projects that benefit communities and people.

Léargas manages international and national exchange programmes in education, youth and community work, and vocational education and training.

The Wheel operates a European programme of supports to Irish nonprofits.
