Survey: Have your say on how conflict is handled in the nonprofit sector in Ireland. Enter and get a chance at winning one of four €50 One4All vouchers

As part of a project seeking to measure the broad awareness of mediation and other alternative conflict resolution methods in the NGO/ Charity/ Non-profit sector, we have compiled a short, anonymous survey which we are inviting you to undertake.

The core goal of the survey is to assist both your organisation (and hopefully by extension you) as well as the wider mediation and conflict resolution community, by providing a wide picture of the current state of conflict management within workplaces in the sector, similar to your own.

We hope to do so by collating the wealth of data gleaned from participants such as yourself who are ‘at the coal-face’ and may witness or experience workplace conflict on a regular basis.

Please rest assured that no personal data will be collected (save at your option, your e-mail address being entered into the prize draw), and that responses to the survey will remain wholly confidential. This is an opportunity to honestly assess your workplace’s response to conflict.

A draw will be conducted on the conclusion of the survey process, with entrants having the opportunity to win one of four €50 One4All vouchers.
