It is widely accepted that every workplace should as a minimum have a cross-section of it's staff trained in two primary disciplines.

It may be worthwhile for a large non-profit to consider having specific members of staff trained as Manual Handling Instructors (FETAC Level 6) which will qualify that member of staff to deliver their own Manual Handling course to other employees within and outside the organisation. Holland Safety will provide everything necessary to get those staff started and provided with all necessary handouts and presentations.
