With financial support from the Ubuntu Network and Irish Aid, the School of Education, University College Cork is organising a Research Forum on Saturday, 16 July 2016 from 9.15am-1.30pm on the theme: ‘How do we re-present education? Development Education meets Critical Pedagogy’.
Where: CACSSS Seminar Room G27, Ground Floor O’Rahilly Building, UCC
When: Saturday 16 July, 9.15am-1.30pm
The purpose of the day Forum is to, for the first time in Ireland, formally bring together scholars, practitioners and activists from both educational traditions and beyond to draw upon their synergies and collate a critical response to ‘education in our times’.
The organisers are delighted to welcome to UCC leading scholars in both fields (Professor Ivor Goodson, Dr Tim Rudd, Professor Fionnuala Waldron, and Professor Vanessa Andreotti by skype).
