Dublinked Innovation Network - Social Enterprise & Innovation DubMeet, Tuesday 2 July

Dublin Region Data Innovation Network (Dublinked) invites Entrepreneurs & Social Innovators,  NGOs, Voluntary Bodies and Charities, Public & Private Bodies and Agencies, Researchers and members of the public to a Social Enterprise & Innovation Dubmeet on Tuesday, 2 July from 2pm to 5pm in the Red Room, Fingal County Council Offices, Blanchardstown (click here for how to get to the venue ).


This event will explore the potential of data sharing for social enterprise and how data can support social innovation, identify number of areas where data is use already and to develop an idea of the opportunities & challenges that a social enterprise needs to explore to engage more with open data.

The event will also provide an introduction to Dublinked, showcase data presently available on the datastore and guide how to share data via Dublinked. Speakers on the day will highlight their interaction with data and how data has led to insight & more fruitful understanding of demographic area, service provision and strategic development.

The format of the event will enable participants’ network with experts and practitioners.  One the day we ask that attendees share their challenges and help identify possible resources for service providers, social innovators, researchers and entrepreneurs to utilise and inspire in order to help generate new opportunities for addressing social challenges within the city and the region.
