Looking to enhance your career or get started in a management position at a community and voluntary organisation?

This 6-week, Level 6, QQI management course, is perfect for candidates who wish to balance work, family and study commitments. Take the first step towards a recognised management qualification.

The course starts online on March 27th and will concentrate on valuable topics such as teamwork, leadership, motivation and communications. The course is delivered through online supports with a full day skills workshop on April 3rd.

Other significant student supports such as telephone tutorials, will help to guide and facilitate students with their written assignment submission on completion of the course on May 7th, 2017.

Like all Open Training College courses, this is a very practical course where students discuss and analyse the management theory in respect of their own workplaces and will see immediate benefits when applying the new learning.

A past pupil recommendation:

'The course gave a very good overview of what is involved in leadership. The area of teamwork, group dynamics, how teams evolve and how best to motivate your team was also very interesting and gave a lot of food for thought.'                                                 Orla Donnelly, Social Care, St. Michael’s House

Course fee: €395
