10 Week Free Training for People living with lived experience of Mental Health Challenges, Family Members, Carers, Supporters


10 week free training course will take place for people who have an interest in improving their own skills and Mental Health Services in their local area.
Topics include:
  • Facilitation
  • Leadership
  • Committee and Meeting skills
  • Resilience Building
  • Collaboration with large organisations
  • Having your say / Advocacy.
Dates: 10 week training will take place:
Mon 8 Jan – 12 Feb 2018 (completed: Mon 20 Nov – 11 Dec 2017
Venue: Trim Family Resource Centre, 22 Mornington Drive, Trim, Co.Meath
Cost: Free, your travel costs will also be covered, lunch served each day at 1.15 before training
Time: Lunch provided at 1.15 pm each day
Training begins 2 – 5 pm
