About the Role
Aware are seeking an experienced, dynamic fundraiser to join a thriving organisation to help them to deliver on their ambitious strategic plan to provide education, support and information to help people impacted by depression and bipolar disorder across Ireland. The new fundraising manager will be responsible for identifying new corporate partners and managing all aspects of new relationships with a view to securing long-term partnerships. They will also be responsible for promoting the work of Aware to various Trusts and Foundations based in IRELAND.
The new Fundraising Manager will be responsible for identifying new corporate partners and managing all aspects of new relationships with a view to securing long-term partnerships. They will also be responsible for promoting the work of Aware to various Trusts and Foundations based in Ireland and securing new funding from these sources.
The newly appointed Manager will be responsible in time for meeting and exceeding agreed fundraising targets and objectives and deliver a clear pipeline of prospects to maximise corporate, philanthropic and foundational fundraising income. Furthermore, they will ensure that all interactions with funding partners are conducted in line with Aware’s fundraising governance guidelines. The appointable candidate will be driven and confident in building relationships and presenting to a range of donors and individuals. Furthermore, the post-holder will be self-motivated and passionate about the purpose of Aware.
