Invitation- Talk & Presentation on the Education of Children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) in South Africa

You are cordially invited to a Talk and Presenation on Special Education in Developing Countries - a case study on the education of children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) in South Africa.

The evening will feature a general introduction to FASD followed by a
presentation and Q&A session by Aisling Foley, on the setting up of
Amathemba, the first school on the continent of Africa dedicated to the
education of children with FASD. 

Aisling, originally from Cork, is a Viatores Christi volunteer working with Home of Hope in South Africa since 2009.  Aisling was recently honoured by her alma mater, University College Cork for her work.
