This section of the site is about building the capacity of your community/voluntary organisation.  In order to work well, it is essential that your organisation gets the basic building blocks right. These basic building blocks are structure, governance, direction, accountability, resources and equality.  Together they will provide a solid foundation to underpin your organisation's work.

The Wheel has put together a selection of resources to guide your work in these areas.  These resources have been produced by a range of authorities competent in these matters.  See the panel on the left for links to the specific resources.
