Universal Learning Systems
ULS is an evaluation, training and research consultancy specialising in social inclusion and diversity management. ULS operates internationally with a focus on EU projects, US academic courses and distance learning initiatives.
Universal Learning Systems was formed in 1996 to meet the organisational and training needs of agencies and companies in a time of change. ULS sees its mission emerging from the experience of social inclusion projects and the outcomes of innovative employment responses to achieve organizational transformation and improved strategic planning. ULS offices are in Dublin, Prague, San Salvador and the UK.
ULS works closely with clients in a variety of settings. Its key programme activities are in the areas of:

- Organisational development and strategic planning
- Staff training and development
- Employment creation.
In addition, ULS works extensively in the area of research, project development and professional formation. It has undertaken a wide range of projects in Ireland as well as in the United States, European Union and Central America. Its clients include universities, voluntary bodies, community partnerships and state agencies. ULS works closely with clients to identify needs, agree a programme of work and provide maximum additional benefit. ULS provides extensive follow-up to ensure that needs have been met and learning results disseminated as widely as possible.
