The Pacific Institute Ireland, is part of the worldwide Pacific Institute organisation which was founded by Lou & Diane Tice in Seattle over 40 years ago. TPI Ireland believes that excellence is a process - an achievable, continuous process that inevitably results when we learn how to control: how we think, what we expect and what we believe.

Clients include corporate, public, education & community sector organisations, helping them to achieve leadership effectiveness and personal effectiveness. Michael Ostinelli is Director TPI Ireland. Prior to founding TPI Ireland in 1988, he was HR Director in Manufacturing Industry. He is a Graduate & Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
