Bernadette Phillips is an International Motivational Speaker, Clairvoyant, Sociologist, experienced Intuitive Coach, Social Entrepreneur, Trainer, Facilitator, University Lecturer (Adult Education), Social Researcher and Reiki Master/Teacher.. She has over twenty five years experience delivering Motivational Talks, Training and Personal Development Programmes with a focus on Leadership, Personal Growth and the development of Human Potential. Bernadette has worked for many years with and in the Business, Community / Voluntary and Education sectors.

Bernadette's particular areas of research are, Female Entrepreneurship, Community Development, Spirituality in Business ans Politics, Development of Human Potential, Global Changes and Challenges, Diversity, Equality, Social Justice and Social Inclusion, with a particular focus on Community Education,Training and Employment, Power Structures, Active Citizenship, Principle/Value Centred Leadership and Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Entrepreneurship.

Bernadette is a  Member of the Global Core Team of the International Organisation Parallel Community which is working within communities  to bring about  PEACE, UNITY and POSITIVE CHANGE
on a Human, Social, Ecological, Economic and Spiritual level across the the World
 

Bernadette Phillips also has experience as  a part-time lecturer with the Centre for Adult & Continuing Education, University College Cork with a particular focus on Disability Studies which includes lecturing on modules in 1. Disability and Social Exclusion and 2. Body, Politics and the Media
