Lucca Leadership Ireland
Lucca Leadership Ireland runs courses in transformational leadership which enable people of all nationalities and backgrounds to discover their purpose, clarify their vision and develop the skills needed to make change happen for the benefit of their communities, nations and ultimately humanity itself.
Lucca Leadership Ireland is a registered charity (CHY 16171) set up in 2004 by a group of young people and alumni who attended the leadership program in Italy. Lucca Leadership Ireland is part of a global organisation with affiliates in the Netherlands, Macedonia, UK, Australia, North America and South Africa
Lucca Leadership Ireland is an independent organisation and is neither controlled by nor advocates any particular religious or political agenda. Rather than teaching people what to think and what to lead, we aim to teach people how to think effectively for themselves and how to lead projects that inspire them, in service of their community.
Lucca Leadership runs short and week long courses in transformational leadership. We look at awareness, speech and dialogue, personal mastery, taking the lead, leadership styles, developing vision, how to manage projects and much more.
