Framework South East Ltd

Framework has three main areas of work, supporting community development, providing training and organisational consultancy.
This work is mainly carried out in the South East Region which includes Waterford, Wexford, Kilkenny, Carlow, South Tipperary, Kildare and Wicklow.

Framework is also the Regional Support Agency to the Community Development Programme and the Family Resource Centre Programme. These are government funded programmes which aim to address poverty and disadvantage in Ireland through community development.

The key support services which Framework provides to these programmes and to our other clients are:
- Support in development of good practice and setting standards
- Support for the start-up of new Projects
- Support for review, planning and development of Three Year Strategic Plans
- Provision of training on key areas of work, such as: Board procedures, Ltd Company issues, Financial and accountancy procedures, Employment practice, Community development, equality issues and social analysis.
- Facilitating county and regional networking between Projects where appropriate
- Supporting the development of linkages with other agencies, sectors and organisations.
- Supporting Projects to influence policy
- Anti-racism / equality
- Accessing funding and other resources:
- Support in crisis and conflict management
- Building links with Specialist Support Agencies
- Evaluation and monitoring
- Providing ongoing day to day advice

Framework is now celebrating 12 years as a non-profit training and development organization in the South East.
Throughout the 12 years Framework has developed flexible, innovative and creative methods of working in order to meet the individual needs of the organisations that we support. The services that we provide are based on the identified needs of each client group.

Because of the ethical basis upon which Framework is built, the organisation is committed to leading the way in best practice in community development, project management, employment practice, and organizational development.
