We offer Food Safety training to Food Businesses. We are licensed by the Environmental Health Officers Association (EHOA) to deliver "Primary Course in Food Safety". We can also tailor Food Safety Training to meet your companies needs i.e. this can be provided on site to accommodate the customer. We hold a number of training courses at selected venues throughout the year.

Our main focus is providing Food Safety and Hygiene Consultancy Services. This includes Food Safety and Hygiene Training, implementation of HACCP, independent auditing of HACCP systems and identification of problems and solutions.

BSc Food Business.
Food Safety and Hygiene Trainer (FETAC accredited).
Certificate in Management of Food Hygiene (National hygiene partnership).
Certificate in Applied Science Food (FETAC accredited).
