Course details:

Charity taxation is an often complex topic that comes front-loaded with a series of ongoing and evolving obligations to which we all must adhere.

Put at its most basic level, however, it all boils down to two essential questions:

  1. Is your organisation paying all the tax that it owes?
  2. Is your organisation availing fully of the various tax benefits available to it?

This 2-hour information session will help keep you on your taxation toes and also answer the two above questions by taking a detailed look at the following:

  • PAYE – Pitfalls as an employer

  • Tax-Free Expenses

  • Cross-Border PAYE Issues

  • VAT & Corporation Tax and its application for Charities

  • Disposal of Properties by Charities (VAT & CGT Issues)

  • Tax relief for donations.

With our expert speaker on hand to lead you through this complex topic and answer any questions you may have, you can look forward to leaving this morning session with a growing sense of confidence that your non-profit's tax affairs are up to date and in the black.
