Elizabeth Bolger is The Wheel's Services Manager. She is responsible for administering The Wheel's annual risk management process and works closely with the CEO and Board in the process. Elizabeth has over 10 years management level experience within the Irish community and voluntary sector and holds a Masters degree in Strategic Management .
