Course Objectives

This course will give participants the opportunity to:

• Explore the term mental health and it impact on individuals
• Recognise some of the signs and symptoms of the most common mental health difficulties
• Understand the effect attitudes and perceptions have on mental health
• Acquire skills and knowledge to support individuals experiencing mental health difficulties
