MA in Leadership & Pastoral Care
This MA has a participative approach to leadership for those wishing to work in areas of pastoral leadership & care,enabling reflection on theology in a way that facilitates the integration of theory & practice in a postmodern age.
Programme Now Enrolling! The programme involves an imaginative approach to learning, with interactive lectures, field placements, reflection & supervision, practice of leadership skills, pastoral research & analysis. The programme is inter-disciplinary in nature and intends to build a holistic approach to Pastoral Leadership through its contents.

• Psychology and Pastoral Care
• Pastoral Care in Context
• Psychology of Leadership
• An Introduction to Management and Leadership
• Adult Education: Curriculum Development and Communication Skills

• Art of Supervision and Pastoral Placement
The MA Degree is taught by the All Hallows College faculty and is awarded by Dublin City University.
Students are drawn from across society with either a degree &/or professional experience within education, nursing, social work, counselling, and related pastoral areas.
