This one day course, will introduce participants to the Internet, World Wide Web and Electronic Mail.

Course details: 

This course is designed for those who have never been on the Internet, or who are using it and would like to complete their circle of knowledge by filling in the gaps. Hands on experience (Surfing the net) is limited to about 30 minutes.

- WWW: Browsing the World Wide Web
- Email: Using Electronic Mail through outlook express and web mail client (hotmail)
- Searching and locating information on the WWW
- Introduction to Electronic Commerce
- Web Tour
- Glossary of Terms
Who Should Attend: 

This course is suitable for individuals with little or no computer knowledge seeking to gain a general knowledge of computers and learn the skills required to begin using the internet and email.
