Insights Discovery - Improving Personal Effectiveness
You will learn how improving an individuals interpersonal relationships allied with their interpersonal relationships will result in improved performance and profitability across team building and performance while also providing improved self esteem and confidence.
This Insight programme provides an introduction into the Insights discovery learning system. After completion of the workshop individuals will be more assertive at taking action, adapting and connecting while understanding others allied with understanding themselves better.
Individuals will learn about their strengths and preferences allied with areas for development. Improved interpersonal relationships will result in improved performance and profitability across team building and performance while also improving.
Each individual will receive their own Discovery personal profile. A link will be sent in advance which will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
