HACCP Workshop
This 1 day workshop will show you formulate and implement a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point system to manage food safety within your process or organisation. On completion of this course you will have the knowledge to implement your own HACCP plan. All participants will receive templates, flowcharts and sample policies and procedures to adapt to their own workplaces.
