This is a generic course covering workplace, community and civil and commercial disputes. This generic course has been delivered by Gerry O'Sullivan in the University of Limerick to participants from the UL “Masters in Arts: Peace and Development Studies” programme.

This training is being offered as an open course (see details attached) but it can also be delivered “in-house” It may be valuable for you to offer this training to some of your key staff in managerial or supervisory positions in order that they may be skilled to address disputes within your organisation.
