Our program "Socialise your Fund-raising" is a hands-on approach to getting the best from your time and your website using Social Media.

We provide a range of pratical on-site workshops to get the results you need from your organisation :

Level 0 Program: 1 day

To formulate a communication plan that defines where your organisation is today and what messages you want to share with both your existing and future volunteers, sponsors, patrons, staff and, of course, clients.  Only then do we identify the right Website design and Social Networks for your organisation. The 1 day workshop is aimed at creating an effective plan for the next three years of which Social Networking is a core function and is integrated into your website design process.

Level 1 Program: 2-3 days

Getting started with Social Networking. Get your new or revised website connected to the Big Conversation.  This starter communication plan is designed to align your fund-raising goals to your on-line voice for both your volunteers and existing supporters.

Level 2 Program: 4-5+ days

Socialise your Fund-raising. Aimed at organisations with an existing communication plan who wish to include or complement their online marketing strategy with the power of Social networking.  Reach out to new channels to gain increased support and volunteers for your cause.

Level 3 Program: 6-12+ days

Super-charge your Fund-raising with enhanced brand recognition and fund-raising framework to grow your organisation to the next level.  This is designed to identify, cultivate and nurture your fund-raising channels with the implementation of a Client Relationship Management CRM system. Focuses on sustainability and long-term growth. Free CRM licenses are available to registered charities.

Effective Communication In The Workplace

This course is intended to give an overview of communication at work. You will learn about how communication works, how it can break down, and how you can improve the likelihood that you can be more effective in your interactions at work. The two most important pieces of effective communication are listening and explaining yourself. You will learn a great deal more about both of these skills, and how to apply them at work.

After you finish this course, you will be able to:

  • Describe behavior that enhances communication.
  • Describe behavior that detracts from effective communication.
  • Demonstrate concrete techniques to communicate effectively.
  • Summarize the impact of communication style on the workplace environment.

TEEN Coaching

TEEN Coaching provides ‘mentoring style’ In-Service training to anyone working with teenagers with challenging behaviour within Social Care, Fostering or Educational settings. This training  teaches how to increase self-awareness, communication skills and behaviour management approaches for working better with teenagers who often present as 'aggressive', 'difficult' or 'angry'.  Workshops are interrelated and are suitable for Social Care staff, Youth Workers, Foster Care parents and Teaching staff.  These workshops can also be intergrated into a family support package for parents seeking guidance & help with their teenage children.
 
TEEN Coaching combines extensive experience working with young people with challenging behaviour with methodologies and skills from the innovative field of Self- Development Coaching to enhance and develop skills that work.  These child centred workshops can complement any model of care to increase staff confidence and effectiveness. They also offer the optimum opportunity for learning & development because workshops are kept small to offer a personalised, supportive and modern approach to practice development.
