This FETAC component is designed to provide the learner with the knowledge, practical skills and understanding required to operate effectively as a Supervisor or Front Line Manager. It is suited to those already involved in a supervisory or front line management role as it will provide additional learning and a formal qualification to support practical experience already gained. It is also suited to persons aspiring to take up such a position or those seeking to improve their employment opportunities with a recognised, practical, skills-focused qualification.
