The purpose of this module is designed to provide learners with knowledge of food safety and hygiene required in a food business.
This Hygiene & HACCP training programmes is a legal requirement for people working or seeking employment in food businesses such as food processors, catering, hospitality, crèches, nursing homes, grocery shops, deli’s, butchers, hospital and home care setting
