'Work for Dole' Scheme Announced

The Government has confirmed that it is to introduce new measures which could see some dole claimants work in the community in return for their benefits.

The Wheel also insisted that the initiative should be voluntary, with no threat of dole claimants losing their benefits if they chose not to participate.
