Deirdre Hennessy has designed and delivered many individual training courses to meet specific needs of individual client groups within the Community Development Sector. Deirdre has worked closely with many Local Government sectors, and has also collaborated with several Third Level Institutions such as Maynooth, Univercity of Limerick and Waterford Institute of Technology in the design and delivery of specific modules. The current concern is with the need for change management and support for organisations struggling to thrive within a situation of reduced resources. Asset Based Community Development, as well as smart planning and evalation schemas are among the new resources available to overcome the challenges of the current climate.
