When applying to Revenue for charitable status, the CHY1 form asks accounts. In our last year's accounts, our turnover was less than 100,000 euro. This year, it will be over 100,000. Is it still ok to submit last year's accounts? Donald

The CHY1 form requires your last completed accounts. The current year's incomplete accounts are not relevant to the application.
