What is the minimum number of members required by law? I’m told that it has been reduced from 7. Is that correct? Thanks, James

When forming a "Company
When forming a "Company Limited by Guarantee Not Having Share Capital", you need at least seven people to sign up to the "memorandum and Articles of Association" for the new company. These people are the first members, known as "the subscribers".
