There used to be a grant from the Department of Social and Family Affairs for Funding under the Activation and Family Support Programme.

Anyone know anything about this?  Is it still available and how can person apply?

I'd recommend you give them a call and talk to the pro's from Dover. (If they can't help - as those guys change their numbers so much! - they should be able to point you to the person / contact who can).
