Question

I am not only deeply troubled by the Console fiasco, but also by the increasing list of scandals comcerning charitable groups. IAS (of which Paul Kelly was a director), Rehab, Concern, St. John of Gods, CRC, Console, and now the Carline Learning Centre. I was in the Gaming industry for many years and one of our guiding principals was that; "wherever there is money, there WILL be corruption, and wherever there are huge amounts of money, there WILL be huge amounts of corruption". It is, unfortunately, human nature.
