WINSENT—Wales Ireland Network for Social Entrepreneurship is an ambitious project to promote social entrepreneurship in Ireland and North Wales and provides a networking opportunity and free assistance, guidance and a range of supports to any social entrepreneur or social enterprise based in Dublin and surrounds in Ireland or based in North Wales. This ground-breaking project is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the Ireland Wales Programme (Interreg 4A)

19:45—19:50 John Kearns—Introduction to Paul Kelly.
19:50—20:15 Paul Kelly, Founder & CEO of Console, will speak about his journey with Console and how he hopes to address the effect that Government cutbacks has and will continue to have on his organisation.
20:15—21:30 Networking opportunities.

Gary Palin is the Executive Director of the Doherty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and a senior lecturer of the Love School of Business at Elon University. He founded the Entrepreneurship Education Initiative at NC State University in 1993 and served as the Executive Director until 2008. He was a faculty member of the NC State College of Management for seventeen years. He brings a combination of thirty years experience in both the academic and entrepreneurial communities.
Paul Kelly is the Founder & CEO of CONSOLE — Living with Suicide Console was founded in 2002 following the suicide of his younger sister Sharon. This tragic loss compelled him to develop a specific national service providing professional counselling, support and helpline services to those bereaved through suicide. In addition to his work in Console,Paul is a director of the Irish Association of Suicidology and co-founder/ director of the 1Life suicide prevention helpline.
There is no charge for attending but booking is essential.
