This seminar is exclusively for community, voluntary & charitable organisations and is organised in conjunction with the Governance Code Working Group as part of Community Day for National Responsible Business Week. 

A&L Goodbody is recognised as one of Ireland’s leading law firms and and is a major provider of corporate governance services in Ireland.

Guest speaker is Paul White, Chairman and Partner, A&L Goodbody and a panel of experts including Kevin Prendergast, the Head of Advocacy and Assessment in the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement.

You will also hear from other non-profit organisations who will talk about their experiences and journey.  The final item in the agenda will be an interactive panel discussion to allow you to ask questions.

This is a free event and places are limited so early booking is advised.

This seminar is aimed at board chairpersons, board members and chief executives of non-profit organisations who are interested in signing up to the Governance Code.

You are requested while registering to kindly put in your questions for the interactive panel session in the text box provided on the online registration form. These questions will inform the panel about the key issues, challenges you face in adopting the Governance Code.
