Project Management Seminar
A Road Map to Success
Engineers Ireland is excited to announce that it will be hosting a highly practical half day seminar entitled Project Management: A Road Map to Success on November 11thnext, at Engineers Ireland’s conference centre. As you have previously attended one of our many Project Management courses, we felt this seminar is would be of great interest to you.
Why should I attend?
Although many people have studied the theory behind project management, applying this theory to real life projects and situations can be quite troublesome. This half-day seminar focuses on the practicalities of applying project management theory successfully to ‘real life’ projects to achieve targets and goals in a cost effective and cost saving manner.
This seminar will consist of four case studies presentations from organisations that have successfully applied the theory behind project management to real life situations to accomplish their project objectives in their varied fields of work. The benefit of reflecting on the challenges encountered and solutions adopted of ‘real-life’ projects will ensure that this half day will most likely be the most valuable CPD you will undertake this year!
