One Donegal Cultural Diversity Month - November 2012 - Call for Proposals
One Donegal Cultural Diversity Month which is hosted by the Donegal CDB Peace and Reconciliation Partnership. This event will take place throughout November 2012. The event aims to raise awareness of the vast amount of work being undertaken throughout the county and on a cross-border basis to address racism and sectarianism and to promote cultural diversity. We are inviting groups throughout the county and on a cross-border basis to submit proposals to host events during this month. Any event which promotes Cultural Diversity and addresses racism and/or sectarianism or conflict resolution can submit a proposal. Financial assistance is available to the selected events.
Groups who hosted events in previous years are welcome to submit proposals, and we are also keen to hear from new groups who are interested in becoming involved in the event. Please feel free to circulate this information to other groups whom you think may be interested in becoming involved with the One Donegal Cultural Diversity Month. The closing date for receipt of completed proposal forms is Friday 17th August 2012.
Proposal forms, together with the guidance notes are available online at www.donegalcdb.ie/peaceiii/peaceiiinews/name,2640,en.html and also via e-mail request to email@example.com
