- 9.30am: Tea / Coffee
- 10.00- 11.15am: Stress Management and Relaxation
- 11.15-11.45am:Tea / Coffee
- 11.45-1.15pm: Carer Rights and Entitlements
- 1.15-2.00pm: Lunch
- 2.00-3.30pm: Impact on Children (where parent or sibling has an Acquired Brain Injury)
