NALA invites you to a free plain English workshop
When? 9.30-1.15pm Friday 23 September 2011
Where? Newman House, St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2
This September, as part of National Adult Literacy Awareness Week, NALA (The National Adult Literacy Agency) would like to invite you or your delegate to attend a free plain English writing workshop. Plain English is a way to write and present information so a reader can understand and act on it after a single reading. You will also get a chance to hear about recent research in plain English.
By using plain English, you can reach more people, especially people with literacy difficulties. Using plain English helps everyone to:
- better use services;
- access entitlements; and
- fulfill their potential.
This is a special offer so you need to book by Thursday 15 September.
