  • Inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities
  • Citizenship

Afternoon Workshops:

  • Youth Exchanges
  • Youth Initiatives
  • Youth Democracy and Youth Policy
  • European Voluntary Service
  • Training & Networking

Please note: it is only possible to attend one morning workshop and one afternoon workshop as they run concurrently. It may therefore be useful to register more than one person from your organisation – this way you can access the learning from more than one topic for your planning process.

The day will start with a general update and overview of the “Youth In Action” programme and the activities eligible for funding under the programme.  You will receive both technical and practical information on the programme and its activities.

This will be followed by a number of interactive workshops exploring the priorities and developments of the YIA programme and actual experience and project management across the YIA Programme activities.

You will be able to choose your preferences from the Workshops listed above.  It is advisable to attend the full day in order to balance information and practical experience. In addition to the workshops there will be an extensive library and information area including tools, resources and an update on next steps, contact making and training opportunities.

A limited number of places are available - Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Lunch is included and has proven a useful networking opportunity.
