The Wheel Rolls Into Galway with Fundraising Workshop

The Wheel is pleased to announce that running it's Fundraising in Challenging Times workshop in Galway on 26 June. And the trainer for this workshop, William Corless (of YellowWood), has been busy getting the word out all across Galway this week.

William has been busy taking to the local radio airwaves (Galways Bay FM, to be precise) and speaking to the Galway Advertiser newspaper, to let local community and voluntary groups know about the availability of this timely fundraising half-day workshop.

Suitable for fundraisers, finance managers, CEOs, managers, as well as senior staff and board members, Fundraising in Challenging Times will teach attendees how to apply a dynamic business model to their organisations in order to demonstrate that their organisation is capable of providing value for money as well as impressive results to potential and existing funders.

Drawing on his background and expertise in professional business coaching, William will also explore and illuminate the often challenging process of how to generate innovative ideas that then translate into fundraising results. In addition to the 'big picture' and idea-generating skills and approaches attendees can expect to pick up on, William will also cover how innovative fundraising techniques can be deployed through social media and other cross promotional platforms.
