Unleashing the Power of Online Giving for Irish Charities

Ammado, the global community website for people who care, has launched a new and innovative donation feature designed to unleash the potential of online giving. The Giving Circle allows charities to receive online donations via the Ammado website. Already numerous Irish charities have signed up to the service – and best of all, it didn’t cost them a cent to do so.

Ammado is a variation on the popular social networking sites – it serves to connect nonprofits, socially responsible corporates and engaged individuals in an interactive and unique online environment. The site already has over 2,000 nonprofits on board from across the world and over 200 of these are Irish charities. Signing up to Ammado is entirely free for charities and, once their membership has been approved, they will then be able to receive online donations. Some of the Irish charities that are already able to receive online donations via the Ammado website include Amnesty Ireland, Special Olympics Ireland, Volunteering Ireland and The Rehab Group, amongst many otheres.

Ammado is free for all nonprofits to join. To sign up simply visit www.ammado.com
