Social Entrepreneurs Ireland Issue Reminder of Forthcoming Application Period

Social Entrepreneurs Ireland (SEI) recently announced the winners of their annual Awards Programme. They have also issued a reminder about the forthcoming application process for the 2013 Awards (see further detail below).

2012 Awards Winners
 
Announced a few weeks ago, the three Impact Award Winners, who will each receive support worth €200,000 over the course of two years, are James Wheltonof Coder Dojo, Aviva Cohen of Neuro Hero and Tony Griffin and Karl Swan of Soar.

SEI have also congratulated the five Elevator Award Winners, who will each gain access to support worth €35,000 over the next 12 months. They are Emma Murphy of The Turning Institute, Trevor White of City of a Thousand Welcomes, George Boyle of Fumbally Exchange, Rachel Cassen and Claire Murphy of LEAP and Lucy Masterson of Hireland. 2013 Awards Process

Attention now turns to the 2013 application process. SEI's search for the social entrepreneurs with the most potential to change Ireland will begin again in early 2013.
 
Online applications from across the island of Ireland will open on 16 January, 2013 and the deadline will be 16 February.
