The Foundation has recently announced that it will be releasing it’s first ever charity single nationwide on Friday, 11th July. It is hoped that the release of the single, entitled “Keela Mae”, will help to raise much needed funds for the children and families that the Foundation provides home respite care for everyday.

Irish “Legacy Giving” TV Campaign Launched

A nationwide TV advertising campaign is currently underway to promote the cause of legacy giving in Ireland. Launched by the umbrella group, Legacy Promotion Ireland (LPI), a consortium of 40 charities and non-profit organisations, the aim of the campaign is to encourage Irish people to consider leaving a portion of their Will to a favourite charity or cause in order to have a positive impact on the lives of future generations.

Call to Support Motorcycle Charity Fun Run

Motorbike enthusiasts are encouraged to join an estimated 300 bikers who will don their safety helmets on Sunday, June 8 for a Charity Motorcycle Fun Run in aid of the Irish Kidney Association. This event, which is organised by Laois based Argonauts MCC, is open to all clubs and individuals with an interest in participating and hopes to raise in excess of €6000 with all proceeds.

The AIB Better Ireland Programme is Open for Voting!

The AIB Better Ireland programme is giving €1.85 million to deserving childrens' projects all over Ireland. Local communities will have the final say in choosing 185 most deserving children's projects to receive funding. By voting YOU get to choose which group in your area gets €10,000 from their local AIB branch. So get texting!

Irish Hospice Foundation Launches Sunflower Day Appeal
